Damon Dotson is a singer/songwriter based out of Des Moines, IA and originally from Okoboji, IA. Dotson has opened for legendary performers like BB King, Willie Nelson, The Beach Boys, Huey Lewis and The News, as well as modern artists like Matt Nathanson, The Band Perry, Edwin McCain, and The Lone Bellow. Dotson has sustained his career for over ten years including the release of four original albums and countless shows throughout the Midwest without the backing of a record label or management company.
Damon Dotson continues to perform both solo and full band shows throughout the Midwest. Dotson performed over 180 shows in 2018 which helped to garner him the “Best Local Musician” in the Des Moines Cityview. The infectious and true delivery of Dotson’s live show cannot be missed!
All event proceeds benefit the First Tee of Central Iowa Programs.
